This page attemps to describe the Eldar Jetbike (3rd ed.) in the BESM (2nd ed.) terms. The jetbike is an rather obvious mecha, and the construction was pretty simple; most of the abilities were simple to convert. Thanks to Panu again for the help; if you have some knowledge of both systems, feedback would be appreciated.

Current price is 25 MP for the normal and 35 MP for the Shrieker (Shuriken Cannon instead of the Catapults), so it costs 5 or 7 character points, respectively, and counts as a level 2 of the special attribute Own A Big Mecha. The jetbike has 60 health points. The character should take the "Conditional ownership" for one or possibly even two points, depending on the feel of the campaign, though concievably independent characters could own one as well.

Special Attribute Lvl Cost
Flight (Skimmer, max. 200 kph) 2 7
Manouvre bonus (+3 Init, +2 DCV) 5 5
Light Armor (damage reduced 15 pts) 6 6
Toughness (+20 Health pts.) 1 4
Extra Endurance (1 day) 1 1
Features or Accessories: *decide 2 2
Weapon: Shuriken Catapults [Short Range (50m), Fixed (fire only forward), Auto-Fire (Hits Equal to difference)], damage 30 pts. 1 4
or
Weapon: Shuriken Cannon [Fixed (fire only forward), Auto-Fire (Hits Equal to difference)], damage 45 pts. 3 12
Defects
Exposed Occupants (Top no armor, bottom full, otherwise +2 to difficulty) 1 -1
Awkward size 1 -1
No arms 2 -2

The extra 2 points used on Features or Accessories should be chosen together by the GM and the player(s) depending on what feels "in-genre".
Also, a possible option for the Shrieker is to not take the Features and Accessories and remove another point, probably from Extra Endurance, to lower the cost to 30 MP or 6 Character points.
